ABDOMEN – LEGS – BUTT

Lesson consisting of effective strengthening, which is mainly focused on body shaping and strengthening of problem zones women. You do not expect complicated choreography, but aerobic strengthening with great music that will start burning excess fat. You get involved with effective strength exercises that shape your abdomenal, legs and butt.

SH’BAM

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM™ is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile so forget being a wallflower – even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

CX WORX

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports – it’s the glue that holds everything together.

All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

GRIT STRENGHT

is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

GRIT PLYO

is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. LES MILLS GRIT Plyo takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

BODYBALANCE

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.

During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

BODYCOMBAT

A high energy martial arts-inspired non-contact workout. In the 30 or 55-minute class you’ll learn how to punch, kick and strike your way to superior fitness and strength.

BUTTY BLAST

A quick high intensity training targets the gluteus maximus and lower body. During the lesson you will train with your own body weight, power bands and kettlebells. It is only 30 minutes workout but very intensive. This lesson is led by an experienced fitness trainer and professional dancer Lauren Filer. Lesson is in English.

REAXING – FUNCTIONAL CHAINS

Reax chain is made of flexible and adjustable rings. It can be used as a kettlebell, a warp rope, a dumbbell, a sand bag, a Bulgarian bag and many other ways. It is dynamically unpredictable, flexible, portable, soft, safe and space-efficient. This truly functional tool will change every traditional training. The chain is available in various weights and can be combined with an endless number of exercises that use inertia, dynamics, centrifugal force and progressive resistance. Train to react!

VINYASA JÓGA

Vinyasa Yoga is a combination of breath and movement. The more dynamic pace of vinyasa flow yoga, above all, heats up the body and help to increase blood circulation. Thanks to warming of the body and subsequent sweating, the toxins are better removed from the body. Aerobic style helps to lose weight, muscles are not only more flexible but also stronger in regular practice. Breath is the basis from which derives motion and transitions from position to position.

RACE WALKER

Race Walker is a fresh new aerobic group activity and is really suitable for everyone. The lesson takes place under the guidance of experienced and certified trainers. Walking on this simple treadmill without engine, is the most natural route to physical fitness, whether for pregnant women, overweight people, seniors or performance athletes. This exercise positively affects the blood circulation system, reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and optimizes blood pressure. It’s a healthy movement that increases fitness, reduces body fat and relieves stress.

ABDOMINAL SIX-PACK

Lessons built to strengthen a deep stabilization system (so-called core), in which you activate several muscle groups – transverse abdominal, direct abdominal, external and internal oblique abdominal muscles, multiphyses and pelvic floor muscles. Through this training, you achieve better body flexibility, eliminate pain in the lumbar spine and strengthen your tummy. During the lesson we use, besides our own body weight, also aids – yoga mats, over balls, rings. Exercise is intense and lasts 30 minutes.

HEALTHY BACK

Healthy back lessons help you to strengthen the entire body, increase flexibility, balance muscle imbalances, improve joint mobility, remove back pain and relieve stress. The lesson is not limited by age, gender, or weight. Exercise is also suitable for women after birth, seniors, athletes, or people with sedentary occupations.

TABATA

Tabata is a cardiovascular training that significantly improves performance in a very short time. The exercise consists of six to seven 20-second exercises performed at 100%, interleaved with a rest period of 10 seconds. The key to efficiency in Tabata Exercise appears to be short rest periods between exercises. Tabata offers a quick way to get into the mold in just four minutes of intense exercise. This exercise requires solid physical fitness and good health condition.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

It is an exercise that teaches individuals to control the body in all levels of movement. This is a training of movements, not muscles. Functional training is based on lifestyle movements that are specific and stimulate multiple muscle groups at once. The basic training tool is our own body (weight, height, center of gravity, etc.). We also use single-handled dumbbells, loose pulleys, kettlebell, expanders, Bosu, TRX, sandbags, athletics ladder, etc.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Is a combination of multiple exercises (8-12) without a break, on different muscle groups – as far apart as possible (the greatest acceleration of blood flow throughout the blood stream). The basic interval is 30 seconds, followed by a short, 15 seconds, pause to move to next station. In 1 training session you passes the circuit 3-4 times. Each station is made to train different muscle parts. The same circular training can be carried by a professional athlete and a beginner – the circles are challenging to the cardiovascular system (oxygenation of your muscles), the capacity of each individual being different. Everyone chooses the difficulty due to speed and frequency of movement. Of course, you can add to the intensity with higher weights.

PILAKALA JÓGA

PilaKala Yoga combines elements of pilates, kalanetics and yoga. Pilates contributes to the strengthening of deep abdominal and back muscles and thus relieves back pain. Kalanetics strengthens and strengthens the body and improves performance, and yoga improves physical and mental health, posture and breathing. This new exercise and relaxation method is suitable for all ages, both women and men, and delivers positive physical, mental and health outcomes.

KETTLEBELL

Kettlebell is used as a training tool to get strength, overall condition and loss of body fat. The exercises with kettlebell are very variable – they practice as ballistic drills – swings, snatch, cleans and pressures.

PROBLEM ZONES

Problem zones is a group training focused on fat burning in problem areas such as buttocks, abdomen, hips, thighs and arms. It is calories burning exercise with higher heart rate frequency and intense strength training. Lesson consists of three parts – warming up, strengthening and shaping. During the lesson, all the problem areas are practiced. This training is not only a good choice for fat burning and body shaping, but also for increasing endurance, strength, physical fitness, acceleration of metabolism, reducing stress.

BODYWEIGHT TRAINING

Exercise only with the weight of your body has many advantages. It is natural, healthy, you can train anywhere and you always have the weight with you. Self-weight training will not help you build muscles of gigantic volumes, but it is a great way to a slender, solid, flexible, and most functional body. The muscles will be steady and strong.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT

Total Body Workout is a dynamic lesson that includes a cardio section with a simple choreography composed of basic functional exercises such as squats, lunge, crank, plank, and a booster section that is fully loaded with muscles of the entire body, from large muscle groups through the core – the core of the body, to small muscle groups.

TRX – SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX is a suspension training system for strengthening the whole body. The great benefit of training with TRX training is that we can actually carry out an endless amount of bodyweight exercise within the TRX to achieve any fitness or performance goal. Because we can constantly change the load by adjusting the body position. Exercise is safe and effective for people with different levels of physical fitness.

SELF DEFENCE

Krav Maga is a military self-defence and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces and Israeli security forces that consists of a combination of techniques sourced from Boxing, Wrestling, Aikido, Judo, Karate along with realistic fight training. Krav Maga is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency. It was derived from the street-fighting.

Combining Latin American Dances and Music with Fitness! Simple choreographies and step variations of salsa, bachata, merengue or regeaton every Sunday with a positively tuned dancer Manuel, who is known for his great personality, sensual moves and a smile on his face that leaves no one cold.
