I have been actively involved in the fitness industry for 3 years. Over time, I became more and more interested in exercise. I was looking for materials, learning exercises, educating myself, improving my skills until I decided to take a coaching course.
I myself changed my eating habits and approach to lifestyle and made great progress not only in my body but also in my life.
I see the work of a coach as an opportunity to learn more, pass on my knowledge to others and help others with lifestyle changes.
In my free time I focus mainly on hiking, cycling, jogging and other sports activities. Apart from Individual.Fitness, I work as an IT specialist.
