During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

From an early age, I was attracted to all physical activities accompanied by music. I started dancing and singing competitively. In the last 3 years, my heart has gained fitness exercise. When I first tried the Les Mills - Bodyattack lesson. I fell in love in the first lesson. Bodyattack connects perhaps everything I like. We will dance to great music, maybe we will sing, but most of all we will incredibly lock it up and leave the destruction, it is full of endorphins. I am a person who loves challenges and does not like to give up something. I really like to improve in what I do. I am most inspired by people who are not afraid to be different from others and follow their dreams. My motto: Aim for the moon. Even if you pass it, you will end up among the stars.

My whole life has been accompanied by a love of exercise. I went through different styles of exercise and in the end I got the most exercise with fitness and with it my biggest passion: BODYPUMP I like challenges and I am motivated by successful and purposeful people. In addition to my family, other hobbies include traveling and exploring new countries and the cultures associated with them. I like to attend music festivals of various genres. The most pleasant relaxation and calming for me is the BODYBALANCE lesson. Motto for my life: You may have results or excuses. You can't have both.
