FULL BODY WORKOUT

Full Body Workout is a dynamic lesson that includes a cardio section with a simple choreography composed of basic functional exercises such as squats, lunge, crank, plank, and a booster section that is fully loaded with muscles of the entire body, from large muscle groups through the core – the core of the body, to small muscle groups.

I am a college student and a lifelong sports enthusiast. Like most young boys, I started playing football, but over time, when I tried running, extreme obstacle races and all kinds of exercise, I stayed with hiking, cycling and fitness. Because I have always been interested in fitness training, I decided to enroll in a coaching school, which I successfully completed. And now I would like to share my experience and knowledge with you both in group lessons and in personal training.
