Healthy Back + Core
Lessons built to strengthen a deep stabilization system (so-called core), in which you activate several muscle groups – transverse abdominal, direct abdominal, external and internal oblique abdominal muscles, multiphyses and pelvic floor muscles. Through this training, you achieve better body flexibility, eliminate pain in the lumbar spine and strengthen your tummy. During the lesson we use, besides our own body weight, also aids – yoga mats, over balls, rings. Exercise is intense and lasts 30 minutes.
I've spent my whole life training and gymnastics. I did not spend my childhood at the computer and mobile phone, but outside. I only got to exercise and training after the children. So it's never too late to start! I was fascinated by group cardio lessons, which I still teach today. Motto: Do what you enjoy the most! It's never too late to start.
