Sport and movement is my daily task. At the age of 7 I started riding motocross and actively trained and raced until I was 14 years old. Since high school, I started attending group lessons.
I built my first addiction to Jumping. This kind of sport with music is adrenaline and fulfillment for me. I took a jumping course and started leading my own lessons. Later, I became interested in the fitness exercises and individual workouts. I tried a number of lessons and exercise styles. I have found that this kind of work gives me energy and makes me happy. I thought this was the way I wanted to go.
I completed a coaching course, sports seminars, nutrition seminars and started working as a coach and lecturer to the fullest. I love sports and my work, I like to spend time in nature, in the mountains and actively relax. I enjoy overcoming myself and working on my weaknesses.
I changed my eating habits and approach to lifestyle and made great progress not only in my body but also in my life. I will be happy to offer you the same.

I open Fun and educational lessons for parents with children from 12 to 24 months, and from 2 to 4 years.
We learn new things through play, we practice motor skills, we practice, we sing, we play musical instruments, we prepare to enter kindergarten.
The lesson is focused on the all-round development of children so that not only children but also parents can have fun in a playful and non-violent way. We focus mainly on supporting creativity, practicing gross and fine motor skills, speech development, perception of rhythm or integration into the team.
All this under the guidance of an experienced nanny and aunt Lenka.
The abilities and possibilities of the human body have always fascinated me. Human body is a perfect machine working so precisely and properly If you use it properly. I help my clients to know their own body better and help them with back pains, arm pains, and other chronic pains of muscles. I also teach SM System techniques helping to practise easy exercises at home to prevent chronic muscle pains. Im very happy to achieve with my clients a better quality of life.
I’ve spent my whole life training and gymnastics. I did not spend my childhood at the computer and mobile phone, but outside.
I only got to exercise and training after the children. So it’s never too late to start!
I was fascinated by group cardio lessons, which I still teach today.

I have been involved in sports since childhood and it mainly means relaxation and cheerful people around me.
I started transferring my experience at university as a snowboarding instructor at the Bílá ski area in the Beskydy Mountains. I fell in love with the mountains in every season, and after starting work, I had them as a destination more and more often. My feet took me to the B7 mountain marathon, where we finished 3rd in the category. My favorite indoor activity for me is Krav Maga and compensatory yoga or pilates.
During regular training, it was confirmed to me that the body is an incredibly powerful machine. However, we must listen to it well, and all the components must work just as well, because they are connected to each other. After completing the personal trainer course, I was more interested in training at-risk groups. Today I can help you with safe training during pregnancy and after childbirth.
What do I like about sports and exercise? We never have to end it. We only choose a suitable physical activity corresponding to the current physical and mental state and mood.

I have enjoyed sports since I was a child and I knew that one day I would like to be active in it. In the end, despite all the possible activities, I ended up in fitness. Coaching engulfed me and became my job and hobby.
At the moment, I am focusing on personal training and group lessons. What I like the most is strength training, in which I can relax and gain new insights.
I have been involved in sports since I was a child. As a 6-year-old, my father enrolled me in football, where it turned out to be the love of my life. However, I did not miss health problems either, so unfortunately the door to my football career was slowly closing.
But my father always told me, “Never give up,” and if you fail, make more!
That gave me the strength to come back. Unfortunately, due to my ignorance, I suffered injuries again, which were repeated several times over a period of two years. At that time, my head was racing, so I became interested in fitness. After the football season, I began to devote myself fully to this area, to pass on my experience to others and not to make the same mistakes as me. That led me to become a coach.

As part of my university studies, I started working for security, where I eventually stayed for over 11 years. Thanks to that, I had the opportunity to gain experience in protecting people at the biggest events in our country and work my way up to the security manager of the Baník Ostrava football club. I was honored to command the security guards in the last season at Bazaly and the transition to Vítkovice Stadium. I also got the opportunity to personally protect famous personalities of the show business (eg Alphaville), but also our national footballers.
My warrior journey began, as with most :), at Karate Elementary School. But this didn’t inspire me, so in high school, in addition to strengthening, I also did boxing. Later, as part of my work with the security guards, I trained Jiu-Jitsu for a short time and eventually “finished” with Krav Maga. From the very beginning, this style fascinated me in its simplicity, efficiency and, in the very concept of fighting multiple attackers. I had the opportunity to start as one of the first students of this system in the Czech Republic, when the first club was in Ostrava. During that time (13 years), I met the true masters of this system and attended countless seminars (shooting, tactical, thematic, focused on self-defense and the police / military version of Krav Maga). Last year, I had the opportunity to take an instructor course in the Keysi system directly with its founder, which I continue.
In recent years, I have obtained a diving license. I was thrilled by this sport and explore the underwater world around the world.
What can you look forward to in my workouts? I will teach you the basics of posture, punches, kicks, movement and transition between individual postures. What is a safe distance and what types of distances and possible attacks can be made from them. What it’s like to hit a person and at the same time what it’s like to be attacked. You will successfully face all kinds of strangulation, trapping, punches, kicks, fighting on the ground, stabbing with a knife and punching with sticks. We will improve technique, aggression and tactics.
